Since the outbreak in Ireland we have been operating online bookings only. We are going to keep this policy in place and our shop is going to remain closed to customers & visitors to our business.
How to Get Your Device Repaired/Assessed
Anyone who wants to come to us must have a booking made on our website first.
Once the booking is confirmed and you have a time to come to us, You must then call us from outside & remain outside, We take/return the device to you outside the Building.
We can trace anyone who comes to us through the booking that has been made with us, We will know the date/time of the brief encounter outside the Main Door. Unannounced visitors will not be accommodated
Cleaning Your Device:
You can clean any Smartphone/Tablet/Laptop/Pc or Gaming device with a alcohol based cleaning agent. First lightly spray the cleaning agent on a clean cloth & then clean the device, do not spray the liquid directly on to your device. Leave to dry for a few minutes.
Please do not put the device in a plastic bag, When we receive the device from you it is cleaned twice before we start work on it and cleaned again when we have finished working on it
Many people find it hard to make a booking online. But it is a lot easier than people think. First find the product you need repaired, on the top menu of our site, Once you find what you are looking for, then Add to Cart, Once in Cart Choose Check out and then complete the page and follow through to the Payment.
